Join Sommelier, Philip O’Conor, and owners of La Quercia Cured Meats, Kathy and Herb, live on Friday, October 16th for an incredible wine and ham flight featuring wines from Handwritten Wines and Jessup Cellars and artisan hams from La Quercia!
During the event, we will get a virtual tour of their aging cellar and a guided sensory tasting of the different hams alongside the specially selected wine pairings. Kathy and Herb will discuss the history of La Quercia, what inspired them and why they decided to make cured hams from different heritage breeds of pigs.
Following the virtual tour and tasting, we will answer questions live. We look forward to sharing this fun and educational experience with you!
