Join Philip O’Conor for a comparative tasting of two Cabernet Sauvignons. One 2012 from Stag’s Leap District and the other 2016 from Howell Mountain which is typically reserved for Handwritten members as only 125 cases were produced.
Each of the wines is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from 2-acre block vineyards and aged for 22 months in 70% new French oak.
Prepare by setting two wine glasses per person and pouring 3 to 4 ounces in each glass.
