We will be joined by a renowned steakhouse chef to discuss all the ins and outs of steak. We will touch on topics like what is the dry-aging process and why does it taste so delicious? What is the difference between Wagyu and Kobe and how does that compare to Angus? What are some of the different cuts of steak and why is the Tomahawk so special.
We will also enjoy a live cooking demonstration and talk about different techniques to cook steak: Pan Seared and butter basted, Grilled, Sous-Vide and Blow Torched and more! Finally we will talk about how to best finish and plate your steak and which wines pair best with the steaks.
We will end our event with an open discussion and Q&A session with all of our guests.
