Join us as we continue to check off the seven most coveted delicacies in the world from our culinary bucket list. 
Our next cult ingredient, the sumptuous Foie Gras, originally comes from the Gascon region of France and has been embraced domestically in the picturesque Hudson Valley.
There is truly nothing quite like Foie Gras. Buttery, unctuous, silky or creamy depending on the preparation, every bite brings an unsurpassed and nearly indescribable flavor flooding over the taste buds. With its high-fat content, Foie Gras literally melts in the mouth like velvet.
